2 lbs ground beef

1 onion

2 cans of stewed tomatoes

1 can of spaghetti sauce (origninal - no added spice)

1 or 2 cans of kidney beans - if you really like them, use 2

1 can of green chillies (found in mexican food section in grocery store)

1 can of corn

1 package of taco seasoning mix

1-2 cups of water

Cook ground beef and rinse excess grease off.
Cut onion and put in crockpot. Add tomatoes and spaghetti sauce. Rinse kidney beans and add to crockpot. Rinse chillies and add to crockpot. Drain corn and add as well. Add ground beef and stir in seasoning mix and water.

Let cook and serve with a dollop of sour cream and sprinkle some grated cheese on top! ENJOY!

I'm wondering if you omitted the water if it would be thick enough to serve with nacho chips and eat it as a dip.

Maybe I'll have to give 'er a try! lol

I forgot a can of corn... I'll add it in edit.. Yes it would be thick like chili for sure!

sounds good....just a question though, can you drain the excess grease from the meat rather than rinse it?

For sure - drain instead :) enjoy!
