Has anyone heard any more on what is happening? Is it under control, or how it started?

Never heard a thing, what time/area?

Robertson Lake Rd? I could see the smoke at the furthest east part of the cliffs, at the base yesterday. Apparently it started on Sat. This morning there is still fog in the lowlands so I can't see it. I heard it on the 6:00 news

There hasn't been any lightning so you have to think it was Human caused.... Grrrrr that pisses me off. There was one in the Heyden area over the weekend as well. Human caused, Damm people need to be more careful.

It looks like the fire is still burning, I see two waterbombers and one chopper flying over there, I hope everyone stays safe

Still burning as far as I know. Water bombers have been going now since yesterday. Pisses me off too that people can't be more careful of campfires and cigarettes, ESPECIALLY with this warm dry weather. I just wish they could catch the dumbasses that are so careless.

the fire is spreading west, towards King Mtn. They are dropping water on the top of the cliffs now

Sootoday is reporting that just over 100 hectares (almost 300 acres) are currently involved. Lets hope that it gets under control and put out quickly! It baffles me how people can be so careless and reckless. Crazy.
