I applied for a copyright (not patent) many years ago. After the initial application there were several back and forth debates between the copyright office and myself regarding the material. In the end I submitted a rediculous argument involving Mary Had a Little Lamb and Jack and Jill went up the Hill which got the stamp of approval.

I think I would prefer a time cloak instead of the Hyper light speed antenna.
