Hubby and I had the best meal we have had in years, and it did not break the bank. Root River Golf Club Barsanti's. OMG ribs, prime rib, homemade spinach and meat ravioli's. Absoloutely amazing. I can't wait to return. Anybody else received a delicious meal there, tell us about it.

YES!!! they do!

I've heard that Root River is excellent but never went. I'll have to make a point of that!

i have heard that it is really good there, but never think of it when we are thinking of where to go out. i will have to make sure to remember.

Check with them first...in winter they have shorter hours of operation. We always enjoy their Sunday morning breakfasts as well as the dinners.

OMG the breakfast was as yummy as could be. Tasty and inexpensive. Could barely eat it all.

Be sure to tell Richard/ and or Harvey yourself, they are quite family oriented out there. Unfortunately, their Mother, the starting and driving force of "Barsanti's at Root River, just passed away a couple of weeks ago... Too bad, she was wonderful as well as her two sons (that I mentioned) and her grandchildren.
