So, if I understand this correct, this "persons" First Amendment right is more important then putting this whacko where he belongs. Who posted something earlier again about some taxi driver in Vancouver? Was that you, speedy?

"Jack McClellan, who lives out of his car, blogs about his attraction to "LGs," or little girls."

"Some legal experts believe the order that Superior Court Judge Melvin Sandvig issued on August 3 trampled on McClellan's First Amendment right to free expression and will eventually be overturned. Sandvig scheduled an August 24 hearing to discuss the matter further."

God forbid they amend the First Amendment to protect innocent children rather than twisting it to protect the rights of a pedophile.

It's decisions like this that keep our society spiralling into the gutters.

Prosecutors could not pursue the case against Jack McClellan, 45, after they determined the order was invalid because the judge failed to schedule and give McClellan proper notice of a hearing required to argue the merits of imposing such a long-lasting order before it is issued.
