All that I read is he's stepping down because the liberal party is third in the polls and it's because of him. He wants to close the gap to try and salvage the liberals chance come election time.

he did the right thing by stepping aside... but as for prorogation of the legislature... that just grinds everything to a halt and allows the minority government to do as it wishes without any accountability...

we should have the ability to "recall" politicians... St Joe's Island has it... so should the rest of the province...
