If you need any more evidence that the disastrous roll out of the new health care law is taking a toll on President Barack Obama's plunging approval ratings, a new survey provides the proof.

And an ABC News/Washington Post poll also suggests that if the 2012 presidential election between the President and GOP challenger Mitt Romney were held today, Romney would hold a slight lead in the popular vote.

"As President Barack Obama's approval rating hits another all-time low, a new national survey also indicates that Americans say the President has less power than congressional Republicans when it comes to shaping events over the next year.

According to a CNN/ORC poll released Thursday, 41% of Americans approve of the job the President's doing in the White House, the lowest level for that crucial indicator in CNN polling. Fifty-six percent questioned say they disapprove of Obama's performance, an all-time high in CNN surveys."

"The One" has just set the course for massive Democrat losses in the next election, and probably a few more after that.

Whaddya' think of your hero now, Libs???

I would say 'one' is the loneliest number that I've ever heard.

Until I encountered a thread that you created, only to respond to yourself..... twice!

Oh, and I clicked on this thread a few times, just to vote it up a bit.

I wouldn't expect you and your like-minded minions to respond to it. What's to respond to? You know full well Obama has damaged the Leftwing brand for years to come

I pay little if any attention to American politics and dedicate similar amount of time to our own. Having admitted my complacency, I have noticed the present President gets little television coverage. Would this be by design or is it a lack of anything to report? Serious query, I pay that little mind to any of it.

That number is surprisingly high.

The number is probably closer to 25%, but Big Media still has to carrier their boy's water

He's already yesterday's news. He's also been such a flop, such an embarrassment to those in the media who fawned over him as the second Coming, they now want to distance themselves from him, in hopes people don't remember they in essence got him elected in the first place. He is political poison, and everyone is avoiding him like the plague.

Everyone is tired of him. Obama Fatigue has hit even his most ardent supporters...of which very few remain.

He will go down in history ranked among the bottom 1/4 of all presidents.

I think what I find more hilarious than anything is that a website rollout is blamed on the President. Problem here is you have (more than likely) a former HR Director making final IT decisions and it's something that unfortunately still plagues a lot of this world in both the private and public sectors; although public sectors seem to be a little worse in my experience. You have people with no technical background making final decisions about technical issues - they were "advised" from the development team that the original hardware infrastructure was not enough, nobody acted and it consequently failed as a result.

When I see the disastrous rollout that is happening State-side, I don't even begin to blame Obama ... I blame public sector organizational structures. The reason stuff like this happens is because the people making the final decisions about a website (should we upgrade the hardware/servers or not?) are people that lack the much needed technical background skill-set.

Then again, we're talking about average Americans so even if the weeds get out of control on the local football field, they'll blame the President.

I agree, they should have taken heed after the SimCity fiasco earlier this year. LOL
