I am a member of a cop site that posts things like this and it happens more than some would be willing to admit. There is one Hell of a lot more good out there than bad. Problem being, Aristotle's post is spot on. If the News does not read like a "B" horror movie, dig up something that does.

I teach that concept to my students, and you know what, it actually makes them feel a lot better about the current world and the events that occur in it. They see or hear what the media portrays as the 'reality' of the world. Of course, this reality is no reality at all; but rather the simple machinations of a big business going for maximum profit.

Got a link to that site? We should be posting stuff like that regularly. Soonet needs a strong does of "feel good" news. Soc needs some comfort..
