“using [the] #antichoice tactic of humanizing fetuses.”

Unbelievable!!

Babies should not be subjected to Doritos at that age.

Let's not humanize fetuses, it may make the pro-death crowd feel bad about their selfish choices.

Who would of thought Doritos would be part of the personhood conspiracy?

Why would it bother anyone if they don't believe it's a human? Guilt is the only explanation.

Wanna rephrase???

Guilt is the only explanation for being concerned that someone does not believe a fetus is human???

No need to rephrase, Cat, he totally manipulated what you said to try and, yet again, stir up animosity and fighting.

Yup. I'll leave it as I said it.

So stay incomprehensible. Nothing new there.

But why do you feel guilty??

Just because something is incomprehensible to you doesn't mean it's not comprehensible. The reason it's nothing new to you is because it often doesn't feel worth it for me to dumb down a conversation for just one person. Luckily for you I feel generous and will elaborate on my thought just for you with the use of pictures.

Remember the popcorn? It has eyes and a nose and legs and is dancing around having a jolly old time. This is funny because we know popcorn doesn't actually have any of these human features. It's absurd to think popcorn would even want to hang out with Candy.

Aww who can remember Andy saying goodbye to his toys after an entire childhood together. A celebrated movie. This movie made it seem like toys have feelings so much so it made humans like me cry when it ended. I knew toys aren't actually living but just applying human characteristics to inanimate objects can evoke emotion out of the best of us.

Now apparently a fetus is not a human yet here it is seeing a Dorito...through an ultrasound no less and that fetus wants a Dorito. That's as cute as a toy wanting to stay with his beloved Andy and a tub of popcorn parading around with a pop and candy box. It's outrageous. We know a fetus can't possibly beg for a nacho chip.

In this instance though, people are angry and bothered. Why would anyone be bothered by a non-human wanting a chip? There is something that is cute about dancing popcorn but an anger-evoking emotion brought out when seeing a fetus showing human emotion. What emotion is doing that? Guilt. If you don't actually think it's human then there should be no anger.

Thank you very much.

It was unclear who might be feeling the guilt.
