Belgium will give iodine tablets to the general public as part of its revised nuclear emergency plan. This measure was revealed months following reports that the bombers connected to ISIS have spied on a scientist, along with the plan of creating a dirty bomb

I see your imagination is running rampant again.

Here is the true story behind it:

The nuclear reactors in Belgium have always been an issue, due to the location of them.
Belgium is not really suited for them, but they put them in anyway.

A mistake, in my opinion.

Keep that head firmly implanted in the sand, Hans!

Why? Because I said nuclear reactors in those locations were a mistake?

Looks like terrorists took down another plane, going from Paris to Cairo.

Yup, the reason has to be US foreign policy.

Let's first find the plane wreckage before drawing conclusions.

People from twelve countries, including two from Canada, were on the flight. No Americans were on it.

There can be no question now: this was about US foreign policy, as all terrorism is.

The cause is more likely to be terrorism than a technical issue, said Fathy, Egypt's civil aviation minister.

The United States has found no indications of an explosion, but agencies are reviewing systems and satellites that monitor Mediterranean activity for signs of a possible blast at the time of the plane's disappearance, defense officials said.

Let's see what the final report says. I am not aware of any organization claiming they were responsible.
Normally they claim an attack as soon as they can.
