It is time they lock this person up for a while in prison.
Clearly she will never change her behavior and another person is eventually going to get hurt or killed by her actions.

On Dec. 17, 2016 officers with the Patrol Services Division of the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested 40-year-old Jeanette McCoy-Niganobe of Silverbirch Drive for one count of assault with a weapon.

While waiting outside, officers heard the accused talking inside of the residence. [It is alleged] Officers heard the accused provide commands to a dog to attack the officers.

A judge added another year to Jeannette Niganobe's criminal driving prohibition after she pleaded guilty Thursday to breaking it by riding an e-bike a little less than two years ago.

Niganobe, who now goes by the surname McCoy, received the 15-year driving ban in 2008 when she was sentenced for impaired driving causing death in the May 14, 2006 broad-side collision that killed city police officer Const. Don Doucet and injured his partner.

I would like to see the court do things 180 degrees different than usual. Free the dog and have the woman put down.
