Use MSI's live update. I find that that finds the drivers for all boards easier. Some MSI boards were made for OEM so they don't show up under normal listings. If you need help let me know My rates are much cheaper then taking it in somewhere.

There's alot of people on here who would be more than willing to help solve your problem instead of you paying money to have someone fix it.

But if you want to pay anyways, my rate is 2 beer/hour :P

you know what the funny thing is, my onboard network card isnt installed and i cant install it unless i install my chipset, so i try to use the usb hook up and that driver makes my system crash, so now i have to get a pci network card so i can go online to do the msi live update.....what a mess huh.

its the shaw (motorolla) modem usb driver making my system crash, my windows is completely updated so i think it has something to do with that im not sure, but windows is telling me its the usb driver from the modem making my system crash.
