I have a canon i560 printer, it wasn't used for a few months and now it won't print, the cartridges are full but the nozzles must be plugged. I tried the deep cleaning cycle to no avail.

Time for disassembly I guess??

I guess "use it or lose it" applies.. lol

I recently called the company about a printer that did not work that was under a year old. They sent me a purator bill of lading for the old one. Replaced it for me..

Pretty much, the jets in the cartridges can get all clogged up. i would try running the deep cleaning cycle a couple of times, and even just trying to print a test page in between them. Just in case, sometimes you can get them working again, certainly doesn't hurt to try....
