"American workers stay longer in the office, at the factory or on the farm than their counterparts in Europe and most other rich nations, and they produce more per person over the year.
They also get more done per hour than everyone but the Norwegians, according to a U.N. report released Monday, which said the United States "leads the world in labor productivity."
The average U.S. worker produces $63,885 of wealth per year, more than their counterparts in all other countries, the International Labor Organization said in its report."

Actually Speedy, you are wrong again.
At the same time, obesity rates have increased in recent decades in all OECD countries, although there
remain notable differences across countries. In Canada, the obesity rate among adults, based on actual
measures of height and weight, was 22.4% in 2004. It remains lower than in the United States (30.6% in
2
2002) and about equal to the obesity rate in the United Kingdom (23.0% in 2004) . Given the time lag
between the onset of obesity and related health problems (such as diabetes, cardiovascular diseases and
asthma), the growing prevalence of obesity in most OECD countries, including Canada, will mean higher
health care costs in the future.

See my link where your government admits it relied on people to report obesity, and did not do the in-depth studies as seen in the U.S.

"The obesity rate of Canadian men was 22.9%, significantly below the age-adjusted American rate of 26.7%. However, this was mainly a reflection of Class III obesity: American men were much more likely to have a BMI of 40 or more. The percentages of Canadian and American men whose BMI put them in Class I or II were statistically similar"

Then, add in the fact the U.S. stats measured children, also, while the Canadian ones did not, and, well..I can only come to one conclusion:
(sung to the tune of Sir Mixalots “I Love Big Butts”)
Canadians... have... big... butts, and I cannot lie

We all have to remember that Speedy is truly pro American. Also, those of us who are Canadian will be pro Canadian. We have all been raised in our respective societies to believe certain things.
Speedy believes his country is the greatest, most free country in the world. We cannot argue with that, because that is his perception of his country.
Those of us who are Canadian, we are going to believe that our country is the greatest, and most free.
The bottom line is, it doesn't matter if Speedy actually believes the USA is the greatest...because in his mind that will never change. Period.
And Canada could...and Canada could...and Canada...and...and...
...what can Canada do?

You haven't really proven me wrong at all. All you have done in provided links to information that others have created. In fact, it is very likely that the data we are using was never intended to be compared.
The fact that we omit that the data could be inaccurate shows that this is more a game, then an actual discussion.

That's the good thing about Canada. You have nothing to decline from, as it is hard for someone at the bottom of the hill to actually go downhill.
as such, your decline will be hardly noticed by a soul.

The only dumb persons, are those who would listen to half of what you have to say.
Knowing information does not make you smart. Computers hold infinite amounts of information, but they are pretty stupid, and for the most part only do what we tell them to. It is the people who take the information they do know and use it for some benefit that are smart.
A computer is as smart as a toaster. That's common sense.
Still doesn't erase the fact there are dumb people. And a dumb person can have all the knowledge in the world; if they misuse that knowledge then they enter 'dumb-dom'

You have not shown knowledge or wisdom here. What you have done is simply quote information which anyone with enough time could pull from the internet. Not using information correctly does not make you less intelligent either, if you fail to learn from the misuse then that could make you seem less intelligent, but I do not believe that automatically means you are dumb.

I link to things to support my claims. Obviously I already know certain things, or why else would I know there is proof to substantiate my claim on the Internet?
I do it to simply respond to the inevitable calls for "proof" or "links" when I state certain things.

It gets really entertaining when someone causes Speedy to prove that Americans are inferior.
Then we get to hear him break down and start chattering about leprichauns and dragons. You have to be on your toes to catch the fun, before the thread disappears tho.
