Let it cycle for 48 hours first. Foremost or Animalia would be your best bet for fish stuff

Heres a handy site with tons of info, be sure to read about the nitrogen cycle and the section on fishless cycling, which is easier than it looks like plus its a more humane way to go.

You can also find a lot by just using Google.

I would cycle the tank before putting fish in. It can be done with a combination of plants and some composting fish food.
It will take about 3-4 weeks before it's really ready for fish.
