Outlook 2003 with Hotmail

trying to setup outlook 2003 to work with a hotmail account, I know it's not possible with the new version of outlook but thought it was with 03
any one have any advice or ideas?

figured out the problem, they guy i was setting it uup for was using the wrong password ...grrrrr...
