Internet Setup Problems

I have just replaced Windows 2000 pro with XP pro SP2 and I can't seem to setup an internet connection / network connection. I have gone through the wizard and I still have no connection. The LAN works fine with my laptop, but I can't get it to connect with my desktop that I just loaded XP on.....any suggestions?

check your device manager and make sure the ethernet driver is present

Your right the ethernet driver is not present. I will try and figure out if I can download one

How do I figure out which driver I need? I tried to reinstall the driver from the XP pro disk, but I didn't find it. My desktop is a Dell Precision 360.
