I'll give you 3000 if you include a live in maid (female) that is smoking hot, speaks no English and is a swinger. (providing the wife is cool with this)

Is this place made out of gold?

10-02-2007, 11:15 AM
This is not Alberta. Currently a 4 bedroom is renting for $1900 in Grande Prairie. Housing prices have dropped an average of $20,000 in Edmonton. Good luck.

is this house near as nice as this? its completely inclusive -(utilities,tv,internet,furnished, and appliances included0 with 1.25 acres of land on a gorgeous waterfront.

this is only 1500$ a month.

10-14-2007, 03:49 PM
For $2500 a month, I would rather go purchase a house for that price instead of renting...you have got to be joking!! Especially within city limits that price is ridiculous!!!

10-17-2007, 12:23 AM
Havillandgal....I AGREE!!!!

10-19-2007, 07:52 PM
Someone trying to take advantage of the housing rental situation here in town. Hoping to get one of the Steel Plant execs from overseas no doubt. Geez..for that price..go buy 4 homes and pay the mortgages on all each month.

10-20-2007, 03:52 PM
no takers yet then?

10-20-2007, 04:11 PM
I nearly choked on my own saliva when I saw the price. OMG for that price you could afford to get a mortgage on and estate house. Yes real estate is high right now but not outrageously ridiculous.

10-25-2007, 02:40 PM
omg, that is totally rediculous

10-26-2007, 09:13 AM

11-04-2007, 01:06 AM
Is it rented out yet?

11-05-2007, 10:21 AM
lmao,.. rent $2500,.. my house payment is only $625 I have a three story house, 2 bathrooms, firplace and 2 small studios,..

must be the owner of one of the gas bars,...lol

11-05-2007, 10:47 AM
Wow, that seems steep to me. Even if that price included heat and puc it is still too much.

11-05-2007, 04:09 PM
wonder if this person see his or her add yet lol

maybe put the price down?

11-05-2007, 04:46 PM
if i had that kind of money to put out for rent, i would be in a warmer country..lol

11-28-2007, 01:12 AM
yeah i would have to agree with everyone else ridiculous maybe i would pay that price for Positano's place uptop of people rd. but other then that there isn't a house in the sault worth that amount per month.

12-03-2007, 01:06 AM
Even if the lease states that no pets are allowed.....a tenant can have pets unless one of the following conditions are applicable

1) The unit for rent is a shared residence and one tenant objects to having the pet or is allergic to such pet

2) The pet causes damage to the rental unit up to and not including interior and exterior damage.

3) The pet is not of a dangerous breed or exotic animal

4) The pet is disrupting the peaceful living of other tenants (obsessive barking, attacking other tenants, etc....)

I believe that is it. The landlord and tenant act overrules any lease. If you are a prospective tenant, or landlord, know your rights and limitations.

who cares about the whole pet and lease issue... u cant tell me you would actually consider renting a place like this for 2500 a month lmao... especially if its close to the plant lol... and the fact that they are askin for out of town workers shows u that noone from here would actually be dumb enuff to pay ... who wants to be stuck in a lease at that price ... i could pay a mortgage in alberta for alot cheaper!

Holy Crap!!!! I take it your parents raised you on a healthy diet of corn flakes and paint chips as a youngster didnt they?

I need a 3-4 bedroom place .... but I dont want to sell my first born :|

no [censored].....we live in the sault not idiot lake ya [censored]! the only way you're gonna have a chance on renting that is if you move the house onto the waterfront and still have a big [censored] pool and tennis court in the back! if u haven't realized it yet you can throw a rock in this city and hit ten people on welfare or disability in every direction get a life loser and drop your price

05-20-2008, 11:19 AM
gee this is the price for a 2000 square foot home in brampton for rent that will have a yard this dude must be on crack thats the avr income for a family here in the sault get off what ever ur on and and see what is the housing market around here ur house is not worth 300 000$ plus

05-26-2008, 11:28 PM
only way I'd pay 2500 a month is if the home met the following criteria

1) East End
2) Build within last 3 years
3) Came with an in ground pool
4) Came with a deck + Hot Tub
5) Brand New Appliances Included

And my personal favorite ....

6) Comes with a comlimentary Audi /ubbthreads/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/wink.gif

Flawless Disaster

7) An in-home masseuse who enjoys the "friends with benefits" scenario.

06-02-2008, 01:40 PM
That should have been a give in ... that's why i didnt mention it on the list /ubbthreads/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/wink.gif

What a joke this posting is.
You are asking far too much, and I agree with Havillandgal, for that price I'd look into buying not renting.

06-17-2008, 11:35 PM
I'll rent it..... do you accept monopoly money?
