"The Army will not meet its recruiting goal this year and is launching a new national campaign Monday to attract more young people to the force, The Associated Press has learned.

The $800,000 advertising blitz is aimed at the 18-to-34 age group - potential recruits young enough to be the children of veteran officers who will be retiring in droves over the next few years."

No thanks, I've got a job, and I bruise easily.

The link doesn't work. What you posted looks very similar to a story on CTV.ca regarding the RCMP though.

Maybe this article proves it's not meeting it's goal.

It is that RCMP article.

I wanted to see people jump all over the U.S. for this. Amazingly, they didn't.

I changed a few words. Pretty creative, eh?

Creative would be the politically correct term for it. /ubbthreads/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/wink.gif

Wow Speedy - I thought you were American - you just said 'eh' in a sentence. Maybe you're spending too much time associating with Canucks..... /ubbthreads/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/beerchug.gif

Well, typing it involves much more precognition than letting it slip out verbally...but I have been accused from time to time of saying "eh"

Well, atleast EH is better than saying HUH?
