To serve and protect!

A 1-year-old boy, Joey Cosmillo, nearly drowned Jan. 9, and there was water on the floor at the home of the boy's family. Eichhorn slid, broke her knee and missed two months of work. She said the boy's family is guilty of negligence.

Sgt. Andrea Eichhorn, a 12-year department veteran, was removed from duty with pay while the department reviews the incident.

That's one thing the U.S. has lacked: grown men in goofy red uniforms with about as much power as Luxembourg

You mean the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg?
The country has a highly developed economy, with the highest Gross Domestic Product per capita in the world.
Luxembourg is a founding member of the European Union, NATO, the United Nations, Benelux, and the Western European Union, reflecting the political consensus in favour of economic, political, and military integration.

I would say they indeed have a lot of power and prestige.

The city of Luxembourg itself is on the UNESCO World Heritage List, on account of the historical importance of its fortifications

Something that can only be truly appreciated by a European, no doubt.

With comments like this, I have to wonder why anyone on this forum bothers to give speedy any credibility at all. Once again you prove just how much of an a$$ you really are.
