Thats probly your best bang for the buck in that price-range.
That should make short work of my 7900gto you sold me last year (flashed to gtx now), and I'm playin COD4 with fairly high settings, and Crysis at medium (DX9 as you can tell from my card).

Sweet buy I'd say.
