Oil spikes $3 after pipeline explosion

Those damn pesky Canadians with their oil!

Oil prices rose more than $3 Thursday, rebounding from the previous day's plunge after a fire erupted at a pipeline carrying crude oil from Canada to the U.S. Midwest.
