I would like it to be able to fax, scan and copy as well. Don't really need duplexing or 11 x 17 capability. Don't want to spend any more than I need to, but will spend for quality (not a bunch of crazy features I won't use). One consideration is cost per print (ie. Toner), of course. Speed of prints should be acceptable, but don't need a sports car.

Now in my task bar I currently have a icon "Safely Remove Hardware" running.

My Anti-Virus program is " Norton 360 Premier Edition "

I was able to register on-line when I installed the external drive with Seagate.

Now that is just sitting there - appears the it has not back-up my data.

Any assistance would be appreciated as I am not very computer illerate?

Am I suppose to use Norton 360 to complete the back-up process?
