there is a difference between being defensive and empathetic towards a situation surrounding the incident, but most of the people on this board can't wrap their head around that. I am not defending what he does, but I can understand the difficulty in this person being mentaly disabled and just swept under the rug by our society. He has multiple charges on him, It's not like the police are not aware of his needs, and I can garuntee if he was the child of somebody on here he would be defended to the death, I can't say I would blame them, put it into perspective... yet another thing lacking from members on this board

Well, so far they have given him minor sentences and released him with conditions. He won't follow the conditions and doesn't seem deterred so they should lock him up for a long time. The problem is where are they going to put him? Can't put him in general population in some mental place.He would do the same thing to them. The goverment is responsible for people like that.They do not take that resonsibility so what are the judges to do.

I have a 15 yr old daughter and an 11 year old son. Also a 14 yr old neice and a 6 yr old neice. I've always said if any adult ever harms any of them I won't be responsible for my actions.

I gave this kid a chance when I rented my house to him, I didn't know much about him but my former tenants vouched for him. He paid rent for 2 months then stopped for the next 4 months. I had the fire department, health department, and police department question me as to y I was running a slum house. The house was nice and clean when they moved in. Meanwhile he was responsible for the utillities and ran through $1000 worth of oil in one month. After I finally got them out they paid me back by breakin into the house and destroying it ($25 thousand in damage) . He is intelligent to understand what he is doing and the consequences of his actions.

If anyone wants to see his sick face.. just look at it on facebook, i can't believe he claims to be married to another young man that unfortunately is mentally delayed and has the mentality of a child aswell....
