Butterscotch Confetti

I don't know what they are called but they are SOOOOOOO good and I've been craving them like CRAZY!!

I know they have colored mini marshmellows in them, peanut butter... and I have no idea what else. lol

I think what you mean is Butterscotch Confetti

1/4 cup butter or margerine
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 (6 oz) package of butterscotch chips
1 bag of mini marshmallows (coloured or white)

Melt peanut butter and butter or margerine in a saucepan over low heat.
Stir in chips until melted.
Cool until you can hold your hand on bottom of pot.
Stir in marshmallows until all are cooled.
Pack down in a 9x9 pan lined with waxed paper.
Refrigerate and cut into squares.

I make this a few times year....very easy and soooooooooo very yummy. I usually double the receipe and use a 13x9 pan.

Forgot to mention you can also add coconut intot he peanut butter mixture once its cooled off....adds a great flavour.
