Grilled Mediterannean Chicken
(can be done on BBQ or under broiler)

4 chicken breasts
1 can frozen orange juice, thawed
1 cup oil based Italian dressing
1 tsp salt

Mix orange juice and dressing in a small bowl. Set 1/3 of mixture aside for basting. Marinate chicken in orange juice and dressing mixture. Discard the mixture you use to marinate chicken after you are finished with it.

Grill or broil chicken breasts for 15-20 minutes, basting frequently with remaining mixture, and turning every 3-5 minutes.

Stovied Tatties (Sausages and Potatos)

-4-5 large potatos
-pkg breakfast link sausages
-one medium onion, chopped
-tbsp oil

Cook sausages and set aside.

Brown the onion in oil in large sauce pan. Add potatos, chopped into 1 inch cubes, and *just* cover with water. Salt and pepper to taste. Bring water to a boil, and boil for about 10 minutes.

Turn potatos down to a simmer and stir. Potatos should start to become a little more 'mushy', and turn brown from the onions that were browned at the bottom.

Once the potatos are a good consistency (mushy but with chunks still), add your sausages. Stir and serve!!
