got oscar the bichon from a breeder across the river...........the lady that had him first from over here could not look after him anymore so she took him back to the breeder ....so my sister had one from the same litter...and we had always wanted one to.so the breeder let us have him.so now 2 sisters have 2 brothers....he is such a wonderful and playful little fellow
