    1/2c corn syrup
    1/2c brown sugar
    1/2c peanuts
    2c rice krispies
    1 tbsp butter
    chocolate chips

Melt PB, corn syrup and br sugar on stove..do not boil. Add peanuts, rice krispies and butter.

Melt choc chips in microwave and spread over top. or frost with choc icing.

(i never add peanuts, and always use choc chips instead of icing)

I make this recipe all the time. It's so easy and so good.

    Mini Morsel Shortbread Squares

1 cup (2 sticks) butter or margarine, softened
    3/4 cup granulated sugar
    1 large egg
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups (12-oz. pkg.) NESTLÉ TOLL HOUSE Semi-Sweet Chocolate Mini Morsels, divided

    Directions:
    PREHEAT oven to 350° F.

BEAT butter and sugar in large mixer bowl until creamy. Beat in egg and vanilla extract. Gradually beat in flour. Stir in 1 cup mini morsels. Press onto bottom of ungreased 13 x 9-inch baking pan.

BAKE for 30 to 33 minutes or just until top is light brown. Immediately sprinkle with remaining mini morsels. Let stand for 5 minutes or until morsels are shiny; spread evenly. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Cut into squares.

I have two cookie recipes(sort of cookies) that are fast, easy, and minimal ingredients.

    1 package of chocolate chips
    some sliced almonds
some cheerios (I made some with the "Honey Nut O's" that were on at Food Basics last month for $1 a box, and they worked great)

Melt chocolate chips in the microwave.
Mix them with however many almonds and cheerios you want to add. Blob them on a cookie sheet in cookie type sizes and refrigerate. Presto, 5 minute treats (if that).

    Next one, same idea.

    1 package of butterscotch chips
2 packages of wonton noodles (bought in the produce section a Food Basics)

Nuke the chips until melted, mix in noodles (takes a lot of stirring to get them all coated), and blob on a cookie sheet in cookie type sizes. Refrigerate. Tada!

And last but not least, some 10 minute squares.

1 cup of butter (I used margarine)
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
    1 cup of brown sugar
    whole graham crackers
chocolate chips (I used dark and white choc because it looked nicer but whatever you like)

Mix first three ingredients in a sauce pan, and boil for 7 minutes. Meanwhile line cookie sheet with the crackers. Pour mixture over crackers, and sprinkle chips across the top. Chill, cut, and EAT. Voila!

you know, simple as they are, and they are so easy, rice krispie squares are still really good.
just 3 or 4 ingredients, rice krispies (no name is cheaper) marshmallows & margerine. peanut butter too, if you like. so quick in the microwave, and easy. but people like them

    heres another one, chocolate balls

equal parts chocolate & cream cheese
ie- 8 ou choc. 8 ou cream cheese(but youll need more than just 8 ou)

    assorted flavorings

assorted sprinkles, flaked coconut, almonds, almonds ground, etc...

melt the chocolate, soften the cheese and blend together. then seperate into several bowls. now add different flavorings. add rum to one bowl, maple to another, orange, raspberry, or whatever. and put in fridge to cool and harden.

now do the same with white chocolate and cream cheese. flavorings include peppermint, almond, plain, ...whatever.

once hardened, take out and roll into balls. (try greasing your hands, but it gets kinda messy).

take out your sprinkles, coconut etc and put into pie plates (used to roll balls)

i use coconut to roll the peppermint balls, chocolate sprinkles for the rum balls, crushed wallnuts for maple balls, orange sprinkles for orange flavoring, ground almond with a whole almond for the almond, icing sugar for the plain white chocolate, chopped up small raspberry choc chips for raspberry balls, etc. use your imagination.

these are really good, they look diffrerent, and have a different flavour, but are so easy to make.

1 box of Ritz Crackers (low sodium)
    1 can Eagle Brand Milk
1 package (or less) of Skor bits

Mix first 2 together, add skor bits.. spread out in greased 9x13 pan, chill in fridge for about an hour -

For a benefit, I would put in freezer the morning of, until ready to serve as they do get pretty gooey & soft quickly if left out after being in just fridge.
