Default Looking for hashbrown recipes

I went to my freezer this morning to get breakfast sausages, and everything was thawed. I didn't have tonnes of stuff, but my turkey for Christmas day is presently being roasted in the oven.

Anyway, I had 4 bags of the hashbrown bits in there, and I'm not a fan of throwing away food, so does anyone have some good recipes that use them? I use them in my tuna casserole, and in corned beef hash, but other than that, I'm stumped.

I am not merely a mass of molecules, incoherently careening through time and space. I am a child of God, destined for another world, a world before which this one pales in significance. Our spiritual preparation for the next world is to be the priority of this life.

Try these cheese potatoes-they're awesome.

1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 can of cream of celery soup
1 large tub of sour cream
1 tbsp of onion flakes
1 tbsp of seasoning salt
1 bag of frozen hash browns
2 cups of cheddar cheese(grated)
cornflake crumbs

mix soups and sour cream together, stir in onion flakes & seasoning salt
add cheese and mix in hashbrowns.
pour it into a large casserole dish and sprinkle the cornflake crumbs across the top.
bake @ 350 for about 1 hour.

1 (24 oz.) pkg. thawed frozen hash browns
1/3 c. melted butter
1 c. shredded hot pepper cheese
1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. diced cooked ham
1/2 c. cream or milk
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt

Grease quiche pan with shortening or butter. Press thawed hash browns between paper towels to remove excess moisture. Fit hash browns into pan to make a solid crust. Brush potato crust with melted butter, being sure to brush top edge too. Bake crust at 425 degrees for 25 minutes.
Remove crust from oven and fill with layers of the 3 cheeses and the ham. Beat cream, eggs and seasoned salt together. Pour egg mixture over cheeses and ham.

Return pan to oven. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake quiche until knife inserted near edges comes out clean (about 30 minutes).
