anyone got any good quesidilla recipes?

dont know if i spelt quesidilla right but anyways when i was in toronto i had one that had corn in it and it was so good and thing is i dont know what else you would put in it. anyone know of a recipe similiar to what im thinking of?

Corn, Chicken and Cheese is the main thing. Add Salsa and Sour Cream Afterwards. good stuff.

try this one.....depending on the amount you want. Make a tomatoe salsa,(make sure to use fresh cilantro) lightly season with salt and pepper. Do not add any other of the usual spices and add fresh chopped garlic. Then in a nonstick pan place a 10 inch tortia shell(let it get hot) add the tomatoe salsa to one side, top it with pre-grilled chicken breast. Top with some fetta cheese and fresh chopped baby spinach. Fold the other side over then carefully flip the tortia to brown the other side. If you do not have a pan big enough you can use a cookie sheet and your oven.

theres a quesidilla pizza from pampered chef thats easy and good. its not mexician though.

just put a little pizza sauce on a flour tortilla, some peperoni and some grated mozza cheese. add a little oil to a fry pan, and put another flour tortilla on top. dont flip it over till the cheese starts to melt and sticks it all together. another way they do it is to just use the cheese & peperoni and dip pieces into heated pizza sauce.

My Husband works at the Lone Star and they make killer Quasidials.
Start with salsa if you don't want to make one you can opt for the jar stuff.
heat up your fijta in a pan with some oil and then add either cooked chicken breast or beef
If you like green, red or yellow peppers add those too
then load on cheese (marble is great)
lay another faijta on top of it all and then flip
cook until the cheese is melted and the fijta is golden.
We dip in sour cream or gucamolie.
Then whole thing takes about 15 min after the meat is cooked.
