    BBQ Pork Chops

    6 pork chops
    1 cup BBQ sauce
    1 cup milk
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. mustard
    2 Tbsp. soya sauce
    1 onion, finely chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced

    In a saucepan, mix everything together (except pork chops) and bring to a boil. Simmer uncovered for 10 mins; stirring often. Put the pork chops in a baking dish and pour the sauce over them. Bake at 375 fro 40 mins.

    Honey Baked Chicken Breasts

    4 chicken breasts (skinless and boneless)
    1/2 cup honey
    1/2 cup Dijon mustard
    1 cup seasoned bread crumbs

    Combine honey and mustard. Dip chicken in honey mixture and roll in bread crumbs. Place on foil covered baking pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 mins. Spoon remaining honey mixture over chicken breasts and continue to bake for 10-15 mins more.

    Crock Pot Slop

    1 lb ground beef
    1 can corn
    1 can mixed vegetables
    1 can green beans
    1 can mushrooms
    1 can tomato sauce
    grated cheese

    Brown beef and drain. Add tomato sauce. Pour into Crockpot. Add beans, mixed veggies, corn and mushrooms. Mix well. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake in Crockpot on low for at least 4 hours.

    Tuna Noodle Casserole

    2 Tbsp. Margarine
    1/2 chopped onion
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 cup milk
    1 bag egg noodles, cooked
    1 cup cooked peas or 1 can peas
    2 cans tuna
    1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese

    Mix margarine, onion, milk, soup, peas and tuna over stove until warm. Add to cooked noodles and bake at 400 fro 25 mins. Add cheese when finished.

    Cheeseburger Sloppy Joes

    1 lb. ground beef.
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1 can diced tomatoes, drained
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. ketchup
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    4 buns or rolls, split
    4 slices cheese, such as American

    Preheat broiler, In nonstick skillet over medium heat cook first 4 ingredients. stirring often, until browned and cooked through, 5 mins. Drain, if necessary. Stir in tomatoes, Worcestershire, ketchup, chili powder and salt; heat through, 4-5 mins. On baking sheet broil cut sides of buns until toasted, 2 mins. Top bun bottoms with meat mixture and cheese; broil until melted, 1-2 mins. Cover with bun tops.

    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 clove of garlic
    1 small onion finely chopped

    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 cup sour cream
    1/2 cup milk
    large handful sliced fresh mushrooms
    some peas (as much as you want)
    1 bag egg noodles

    Brown beef with garlic and mushrooms until cooked. Add in soups, sour cream and milk. Stir until mixed. Add in mushrooms and peas. Simmer while you cook your egg noodles. Mix all together and YUMMMMMMMMMMY! [img]/ubbthreads/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/laugh.gif[/img]

    I made Princessmama's BBQ'd chops last night and they were AWESOME!!

    It's a really good BBQ sauce. I will definetly be cooking chicken in it some day soon.
