    2 diced onions
    2 cloves garlic - crushed
1/2 green pepper (if you like it)
    1/2 bunch of Celery
2 cans of diced tomatoes (large)
2 can of Red Kidney beans
1 can of tomato juice (48 oz)
    1 can of tomato soup
1 package of clubhouse Chilli seasoning.
2 teaspoons of chilli power - more or less to taste.
    1 can of mushrooms

any of the vegetables except the kidney beans and canned tomatoe's can be omitted.

Allow to simmer a couple of hours and enjoy.

Here is the chicken chili recipe that is really good:

    Brown in a pot:
1 pound ground chicken (I use turkey)
in a bit of olive oil with 2 chopped onions and one garlic clove
    Add: 1 cup chopped carrots
    1 cup chopped celery
1 cut up red and 1 cut up yellow or orange pepper
    2 tbs chili powder
1 tsp cumin (this is a must)
    3/4 tsp dried oregano
    1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp hot pepper flakes - add more if you want it hotter
Pour in I can (28oz) diced tomatoes
1 can of red or light red kidney beans
    Boil for 15 mins
Add I can of chick peas
    Boil for another 1/2 hour
