Makes 4 servings

1 lb ground beef
1 1/2 cups water
1 package taco seasoning mix
1 1/2 cups minute rice, uncooked
1 cup shredded cheese
2 cups shredded lettuce
1 Tomato chopped
Sour cream

Brown meat in large non stick skillet, drain

Add water and seasoning, stir, bring to a boil

stir in rice, sprinkle with cheese, cover and reduce heat to low, simmer 5 minutes. Top with lettuce, tomato and sour cream.
