Another Ice Cap Recipes

Ok thought I would share this with you. I've been experimenting for the past week and I have a winner! This is dangerously good, so beware!

(I use a Magic Bullet but I'm sure a blender would work just as well)
For each serving use:
1/2 tray ice cubes(frozen coffee cubes partially melted work too)
1/4 cup half & half cream
3/4 cup milk
3 good squirts of Nescafe Iced Java Cappuccino Syrup
Squirt of chocolate syrup
Mix well and then get ready for another! Very addictive!

Here's another one, I fill my blender about 3/4 full of frozen coffee,put strong coffee in ice cube trays to freeze, top up with milk add some choc syrup and sugar to taste. whizz for a few mins and hey presto lol.

You can buy the Nescafe iced java syrup anywhere, even walmart has it.

That stuff is DAMN good. I drank 4 bottles worth in 2 weeks. ADDICTING! I was making milkshakes, and added the syrup to that [img]/ubbthreads/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smile.gif[/img]

Ingredients
1 cup fat-free vanilla frozen yogurt or fat-free vanilla ice cream
1 cup cold strong-brewed coffee
1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 packet sugar substitute or equivalent of 2 teaspoons sugar

1. Place all ingredients in food processor or blender; process until smooth. Place container in freezer; freeze 1-1/2 to 2 hours or until top and sides of mixture are partially frozen.
2. Scrape sides of container; process until smooth and frothy. Garnish as desired. Serve immediately.
Iced Mocha Cappuccino Increase amount of unsweetened cocoa powder to 1 tablespoon. Proceed as above.
Tip To add an extra flavor boost to this refreshing drink, add orange peel, lemon peel or a dash of ground cinnamon to your coffee grounds before brewing.
