Correction *Wheat* Grass...
I am on day 6 of The Master Cleanse and I have read a few people that have used wheatgrass during and/or after the fast. I called the Country Way, and they can order it in, but don't have it in stock. Does anyone know where else I could get it, and what it is? I really don't know anything about it.

how are you making out on it Jackie? Crampy at all? I couldn't get past day 3 due to bad cramps!!

No actually. I just started drinking the herbal laxative tea on night 4, and had some cramps that night around 3am, but other than that, it's been pretty smooth sailing all things considered. The second day was the worst for headache due to caffeine withdrawal. I'm down about 8-9 pounds already, and still have atleast 3 days ahead of me. But if things keep going the way they have, I will likely go past the 10 day mark.

Only for the first hour or so. It's not that bad really. It gets easier, and quicker too, I might add.
