Thread: chilly....

    Default chilly....

    anyone got a good resipe for Chilly...

    i want to make some for supper today!

    A really good place to start with chilli is a clubhouse Chilli seasoning mix.

    With that mix added to a combination of

    cooked ground beef,
    onions,
    green peppers
    celery
    Stewed tomatoes (if you like)
    Kidney beans
    Tomatoe juice
    tomatoe soup. (to thicken instead of tomatoe paste)

    Just use whatever you like and let it simmer a couple of hours, regardless it will taste better tomorrow.

    We like ours a little spicey so we add chilli powder too, but thats a matter of taste.
    We eat ours with lots of toast too.

    </div></div>i follow a very very similar recipe....but instead of toast we use tortilla chips yummy!!

    </div></div>Put your chilly in a shallow bowl, then melt blended cheeses on top, then scoop it with nachos! Making me hungry!
