I use K9 Advantix. Hasn't failed me yet and I've got quite the housefull [img]/ubbthreads/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smile.gif[/img]

I get it from my vet across the river. And price...I have no clue. When I buy it, I buy a few months worth for 2 giant monsters and a Chihuahua [img]/ubbthreads/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/lol.gif[/img] I don't think it's any more expensive than anything else from a vet...

fleas come inside during the winter and live quite happily indoors. that is why fall is the biggest flea problem. you could have fleas now if you only brought a few in with you this fall and they took a long time to breed? but you would have noticed your pets or even yourselves itchy and scratching.

we get ours from the vet across the river, dont remember if its advantix or frontline? i think frontline, anyway, the price differs depending on the size of the dog, but about $18 for the large size and $15 for the small size. cats are around the $15 too it works really well. you just put a few drops between their shoulder blades - and make sure the dogs and cats stay away from each other for 24 hours - so the stuff does not mix - they say the dog stuff can really harm or kill a cat.

whatever you end up using, don't waste your money on the products they sell in pet stores or at wal-mart... they just don't work like the vet prescribed products.

i've heard good things about revolution, but it is kind of expensive.

i am not really worried about cost , think about it if u get fleas in your home it will cost more lol
