Teriyaki Chicken and Rice
2 lbs of boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1-2 bottles of Teriyaki baste and glaze (depending on the amount you're making)
1 pkg. of frozen broccoli pieces
3 cups of white rice
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Cut the chicken into bite size pieces and put them into a baking dish.
Pour the baste and glaze over the chicken and mix well.
Bake for approx. 1 hour or until the chicken is done.
Boil the rice and broccoli until cooked.
After everything is done, mix all together and enjoy.
