Favorite Cheese Ball Recipes????

Take Philly Cream cheese...about 2 packages.....cut up the stem part to a green onion....oh lets just say about 5 total.....then dice up your favorite ham.....mix it all together....form a ball........it's AWESOME...and very inexpensive to make......serve with your favorite crackers....my family always has this on any holiday that we get together.....
