    Default cooking a roast

    ummmmmmm its a small 2.60 lbs roast can anyone help me with how long to cook it and at what temp in the oven lol its frozen too

    put your oven to 375, put the roast in a roasting pan, put a cup of water in the bottom and leave in the oven for about 3-4 hours

    yup, add whatever spices u want to it, i usually put potatoes and carrot in with the roast while it cooks, add salt pepper

    Depends what kind of roast it is. If its prime rib or a really good cut, you put it on at 375 without a top on it, no water. If its a blade or cross rib or eye of the round, you add water and spices (onion soup mix is best) and cover it and cook it slowly 325 is good for a longer time.

    I think not ....I tried making a meatloaf once and it didn't turn out right so I gave up on cooking. [img]/ubbthreads/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/lol.gif[/img]

    i usually throw it in the morning but i did not know i had one in the freezer so i have to use the oven now too late the slow cooker is my best friend
