Yes but if I wear a helmet I won't get hair in the food plus if I pull my face mask down I won't get BOOGERS in it neither.

I like them done is a slow cooker with a package of onion soup mix tossed in.They come out tender like Arbys roast beef...only cheaper.

Hey,,, the easiest roast recipe i ever got was from my auntie,,
brown a roast in a cast iron pan,,, or how ever you can
put it in a roasting pan
slice a whole bag of onions
add 1/2 cup water(i put beef boullion in)
cook @425 for half hour,,, turn down to 325 ,
cook for as long as you can,,,,,, check internet for lbs./hr.
not sure,,,, have to check,,,Every Time!!
I think the trick is browning before roasting.
also,,, gravy is always better if you cook a pork roast in the same pan at the same time! (even if it is just a little one)
put potatoes and carrots in for the last 45 min. if desired ,,(my fave)

Don't forget to check the water level every hour or so, if it goes dry, your gonna be eating something that resembles a greasy work boot, and you may need a chainsaw to cut it, lol
