I married into a Uke family, love all the foods, one thing I cannot bring myself to try is the headcheese.

Ok, I'll have to rewrite it and send again. Will do it in the morning...too tired tonight. It was just my recipe for pierogi. Pretty easy recipe...excellent pierogi. Do you want it? I'll send it tomorrow if you do.

There's a guy on here that goes by o'casey. Not sure how to get a hold of him but he makes THE BEST perogies!! He even makes seafood perogies that are amazing!!

You could probably look up his name under the list of users and pm him!

I remember eating perogies at a restaurant called Barsanti's, where Harvey's is/was, or next to it. They had GOOD perogies. Just 4 on the late, but they were huge, and oh the strong cheese flavour...mmmmmmmm........*drooling again*
I am not merely a mass of molecules, incoherently careening through time and space. I am a child of God, destined for another world, a world before which this one pales in significance. Our spiritual preparation for the next world is to be the priority of this life.
