Businessman gets weekend sentence for sex crime

Does anyone else believe that the 11 year old girl deserved more justice than him getting 45 days in jail, to be served on weekends?

The judge also stated that since the crime was done before the law changed that she didn't even have to give him jail time. If he would've had to go, his business would close and five people would be unemployed.

I'm sorry that the girl went through this and I would like to see more justice but they gave him more than the law required. I have mixed feelings about what should be done but I've also been in that girls shoes and nothing was done, so in her case at least something was done.

All I can say is that at least the laws are getting better, progress is sometimes slow but at least it's moving.

And the judge seems to want a hero cookie for putting any jail time onto him at all what a joke.

if he went to one where my daughter was I would hope all the parents would have the balls to take their kids and walk out.

This is a real shame...I went to school with his father Wayne Lamon.....he comes from a good family.

As far as his son is concerned I think week ends in jail stinks.
What about the little girl.....I hope she has had counseling

Years ago when I was small things like that happened all the time especially when you went to the movies. I was one of them and the police took me there but I couldn't see him. Of course not he had moved on.

I for one can tell you that the business that I work in will NEVER use his company. I personally avoid pedophiles at all costs. If his business would/could provide a service at half the price of another in this city I would still avoid his.

I know its not the fault of his employees, but I will not line that mans pockets.
