I went online to purchase Sheryl Crow tickets this morning... picked my tickets... section 1 ...row F. Pretty good I thought. Then it says you have 5 minutes to complete the process or tickets will be released. So then I have to register and put in credit card info. The website is extremely slow... and then says "server unavailable" to try again click here.... So I did... and lost those seats.... then got the same error... So I ended up calling... and got row M.... Had I known that the website sucked, I would have just called in the first place!!!

I got mine on the website at 10:00AM with no problem. The whole process took less than two minutes.

That's true. I have bought tickets online for the Steelback Centre in the past and so I had a log-on name. The questions is can you pre-register at without buying tickets or do all registrations take place at the time of purchase?

I'm so glad I don't have that problem. My hubby won tickets this morning on Q104 but we missed the call because we actually slept in. Haven't found out where we are sitting or anything else yet, but OMG, I am SO happy that I will be going!!!!

This is my bestest day in a long time, whooo hoooo!!

I had never bought tickets online before... or over the phone for any Steelback concert... So I didn't know the process till now.. so don't assume I don't have any brains... thank you very much!!!

yeah depends on your connection and how many other people are trying to buy em... id trust just going in to get em over some intrernet connection which is more easy so to say..... but could take a while online

I was also a little upset about the extra $10 charge for each ticket... so 3 tickets cost $243. I paid less to see Beyonce at the MGM Grand in Vegas!!
