I believe it is run by the Canadian Mental Health. It is like a social club for people that receive support from them.
If you are a dog and your owner suggests that you wear a sweater, suggest that he wear a tail.

yes skibunnie is correct. .it is really a great place. one gentlemen i support frequents there and has a close group of friends because of it.
