No. We have a lot of Americans who SAY we have free healthcare, or say we THINK we have free healthcare. What we have is no fee service in healthcare, or at least in necessary procedures. I think it's rather juvenile for someone in another country to believe that we don't realize our medical system is paid for out of tax money, which comes out of our pockets (or off our paycheques) at a time other than when we receive medical service.
