I'm not a ford guy at all but damn if I had the cash it would be here .car is very options delete like special order drag car would be ,no special nothing but a big block and auto on the colum. 9" rear with maybe drag pack posi not sure though. the rockers are very good and only a few small very fixable holes but nothing major for sure except trunk floor. The front clip is off but the fenders and bumpers are all there and in great shape. doors are very good to fair.

Seems to me if someone picked it up and then had fun for a year then turned out for sale again it would be a nice flip for some really good money.

it would not be a good flip car. looking on Ebay there are a few and on nice example is listed in the 30k range.

it would probably take more than 30k to get this car in good shape. At best it is a good example for a ford lover who would restore it and use it... TIM where are you!!!

30k if you dont know how to do anything yourself lol. And had someone do it for you , but if your resourceful and can do the work yourself you could make this a nice driver for 6-8k. but you would have to have some skills. Just posting for a friend Fords are not my thing have projects on the go now so dont need the F word hangin out here chevys only in my garage. Oh and she did say that if it doesnt go this week or so off the shreader it goes .

well...I am here L-79 :P

sounds like an awesome pick up!! and I would seriously love to grab that car....*sigh* I just started a new job so I have no money to buy that just yet...maybe in a few months, it would be a good winter project...

if it is going to the shredder, she won't get more then 200 bucks for it...I would take it right now for 500 cause that's all I could really afford

OK, I'm curious. Is the engine seized up or does it roll over?
I've been looking for something with some serious balls but not sure if this is what I'm after.

Still have an old hemi that I haven't found a use for.

ye athe 429's were mostly dogs 360hp on an engine that heavy did not make for a strong runner compared to the chev's and the mopar's of the same era. heck my L-79 is rated at 325 but its more in the 350hp range, its all you need with a 6200 red line and your killing that big block ford
