Real Estate Brokerages, which one to use? Costs?

We are seriously considering selling our house. Can anyone recommend a good real estate company to use? Do some companies charge more for their commission?

Some companies do charge more for their commission. Some will also let you bargain with them about how much commission they will charge you. A brokerage has an overhead that they have to pay to their company, so they charge a little bit more. I just bought a house and the selling realtor charged 3% + GST for the sale. PM me if you want to know his name, or I can let you know the realtor that helped me with purchasing. She's new, young and works hard because she is trying to establish herself with some of the old hounds out there. Either way, I can tell ya both the sames to judge for yourself, and they are from 2 different brokerages.
