Over the years, my dogs have had totally random rashes appear like that too. I usually just keep an eye on it. Watch to see if they're bothered by it. Monitor the colour & such. Make sure it's not spreading or anything. Maybe try putting some polysporn on it? That is if you think u can keep him from licking it all of right after. lol Has he been itching it? Have u perhaps had him out running in longer grass? I know my old Shepherd used to get a mild rash after that especially if we were out just after a good rain & the fields are swampy lol... but it only lasted a very short time. Definitely keep a close eye on it. I'm a pretty 'paranoid mom' when it comes to my 'furbabies' but if I didn't see improvement within a few days, we were off to the vet. lol

Found a website with a ton of info on various skin issues... Maybe it will help u figure out what it could be.
<div class="ubbcode-block"><div class="ubbcode-header">Quote:</div><div class="ubbcode-body">"Diseases and conditions canine skin have many causes. Diagnosis is based on the appearance of the skin and if any other symptoms exist." </div></div>
Here's the link:

Good luck. Hope it gets better quick. Keep me posted.
Sometimes, things are not as they appear. Don't judge what u know nothing about.

Ok heres some pics.

The first one is the one under his armpit kinda on the ribs

Second one is in that area lol You can kind of see on his hind leg there is a red bump. And then again around his parts.

Now The cat we got had fleas before we gott her but they sai they treated her and she was clear. So im not sure if i should give Him a bath wih flea shampoo Or just see if it clears up in a few days .

And Thank you For the website! Some of the things on there really helped me out. Very good site.

i just googled on images flea bites, and that does look like one, but then again...

you can also see the flea poop, which is little flecks of black 'dirt'. the like the area at the base of the tail so check there.

is he really itchy? i hope you get some good answers.

The first pic, to me, looks like a wart. Dogs get them like humans can...they can pick up the bacteria anywhere. Keep an eye on it to make sure it doesn't get bigger and if it does, then take him to the vet and get the vet to decide if it needs to be lasered off. Oh, it's called Canine Pappiloma Virus.
