    Default no fuel at carburator

Have an 89 blazer and can't get the jets in the throttle body to shoot fuel into the carburator. The throttle body itself has fuel in it, the jets just don't seem to shoot fuel into the carburator. Fuse is fine, the throttle body has power and the fuel pump is working.
Was told it could be the computer no working properly and would like to hear from anybody with any ideas.

The computer uses this to sense that the engine is turning. If it doesn't sense the engine is turning, it won't open the injectors.
